Designed originally as a young onset support group, our monthly chat meetings have become more inclusive. This chat is open to anyone who prefers this method of communication and/or wishes to attend in between their own group meetings. Please, feel free to join us and share your story.

PSCNO Chats are held monthly on the 4th Monday at 1:30pm. The schedule is as follows.
